Since I’ve been sharing recipes lately (and knowing I have more I’d want to share in the future), why not dedicate a special header and day to share those! So with that, I am officially introducing…the Monday Munchies 🙂

Coming at you once again with a simple, yet delicious healthy recipe to add to your collection!

If you are like me, you are all about what ever is easiest to make-ahead and involves minimal ingredients…and this recipe is just that! As I have been incorporating more “keto” recipes into my diet, I have found that there’s actually a lot of options, you just have to get a little creative. I wouldn’t say this recipe is ‘creative’ but it did the trick for me and left me satisfied!

 

Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  1. 2.5 oz. broccoli slaw
  2. 1.5 celery stalk (chopped)
  3. 4 oz. Starkist tuna
  4. 75 grams avocado (cubed)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together (I did not add the avocado until the morning I took it to work so it didn't turn brown) and add condiments of choice. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. My condiments: yellow mustard, brown mustard
  2. The macros for this are: 22.4 Protein / 13.7 Carbs / 12.5 Fat
